He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Lee McGinnis and Mary Byrum Marze McGinnis. He is survived by: his wife Jo Beth Privette McGinnis; his sister Dawn Elaine McGinnis; his sons, Samuel Wade McGinnis and Lee Kimbrell McGinnis (Carley Abbott McGinnis); his grandson Archie Mack McGinnis; and his pet Fletcher.
