He is survived by: his mother Lucille Locke Culpepper of Rocky Mount; his brother Stuart Locke (Cheryl) of Enfield; his nephews, John Locke (Pam) of Enfield, Charles Locke (Allie) of Durham and Will Locke of Red Oak; his niece Taylor Locke of Hampstead; and his aunt Lillie Corbett of Leggett. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
