She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martha M. Martin and Tom Johnson; her son Anthony Martin; her grandson Dallas Martin; and her siblings, Linda Broadnax, Yvonne Battle, Terri Marquez, Aisha Johnson, Jessie "Butch" Martin, Jr. (Martha) and Terry Battle. She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
