He is survived by: his wife Rose; and his children, Bill South, Sabrina LeClair (Jeff), Keyna Jenkins (Chuck) and Brigid Thomas (Bobby). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
