He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Joy, Sr. and Iva Roseman Joy; and his wife Barbara Keith Joy. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Joy, Libby Joy and Lynn Joy Garris (Val); his grandchildren, Matthew Steele (Geneva), Griffin Garris and Brady Garris; and his great grandchildren, Lola, Chelan and Wendy Steele.
