He is survived by: his wife Maria Eugenia Chamba Perez; his children, Edward Chamba, Melissa Marie Chamba Rosario and Yvonne Alexandra Chamba; and his siblings, Luz Belgica Chamba, Esther Yepez Chamba, Rosa Chamba, Edmundo Chamba and Enrique Chamba. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
