She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph O. Scronce, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Ralph O. Scronce, Jr. (Patti); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Carrie and Daniel of Woodbridge, VA..

Due to Covid restrictions, the family will celebrate Frankie's life with a private memorial service at Sharon Memorial Park.
