He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathryn Mullins Hyde; and his grandson Jesse Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Dayle Mullins (Eccleston); his children, Suzanna Mullins Russell, Seneca Mullins (Michelle) and David Mullins (Emily); his stepson Nick Sangermano; his grandchildren, Ben and Anna Sangermano; and his siblings, Leona Jesse (Jerry) and Richard Mullins (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
