It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Libhart Neff of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on February 7, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Nelson Libhart and Martha Elizabeth Snyder; her brother Harold Libhart; her son Richard Elwood DeWalt Neff; and also Jack E. Neff of Pennsylvania.
She is survived by: her former husband Elwood Richard DeWalt (Woody); her husband Eugene Hildebrand Neff (Charlie); her daughter-in-law Joyce Lee Neff; her grandson Rick; her great grandchild Richard; her daughter Leslie Fredell (Mark); her grandchildren, Grant, Ryan and Zackary; her daughter Lesa Didier (Reggie); her grandchild Rylee Boate; and also Sara Neff Meck of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
