She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Eugene Carlisle (Gene); her siblings, Flora Medlin Clontz, Fletcher, Garrison and Blair Medlin; and her daughter Tammy Carlisle Raye.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Robinson, Kathy Thielbar (Dave), Joy Collins (Craig), Susan Shinn (Charles) and Rick Carlisle (Sara); and her grandchildren, Kevin Robinson, Charlotte Wu, Laurie Mason, Misty Thompson, Jamie Collins, Brandy Richardson, Christopher Shinn, Thomas Shinn, Catherine Shinn, Ashley Bradway and Tina Smith. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
