He is survived by: his wife Joy Page; his children, Brian Page and Liz Rutkowski; his children-in-law, Janielly Page and Matt Rutkowski; his grandchildren, Emerson, Parker, Silas, Julia and Abigail; and his siblings, Janice Pilarczyk and Jeff Page.
