She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Thelma Alexander Williams; her daughter Theresa L. Paxton; and her brothers, James Williams, Jr., Tommy Williams, Bobby Williams and Dickie Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Paxton (Andrea), Troy Paxton, Rachelle Sherard (Wayne), Cynthia Franks (Harley) and Tina Paxton; and her sisters, Yvonne Ewing (Jim) and Gloria Black (Raymond). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
