It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Adkins of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Posey Adkins and Gladys Adkins; and his siblings, Mack, Geraldine and Phyllis Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Adkins; and his children, Mike, Mary, Chris, Herbie, Tony and Sharon. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local Shriner's Children's Hospital.
