It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Bangle Stutts (Charlotte, North Carolina), who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mincie B. Stutts and Ellis L. Stutts; his siblings, Wallace D. Stutts, Glenn W. Stutts, Robert E. Stutts and Doris Shouse; and his nephew Herman Stutts Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Howard Stutts; and his children, Richard Howard Stutts, Thomas E. Stutts (Mel), Melody Ann Bradshaw (Kenneth) and Evelyn Sue Owen (Robert). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
IIn lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
