It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Carter Seawell Jr. (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Asheboro, North Carolina, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Seawell and Lois Seawell; and his son Howard Carter Seawell III (Paddi). He is survived by: his significant other Paddi K. Seawell; and his daughters, Laura Williams (David), Cathy Seawell, Charlotte and Georgia Perry (Scott). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great granddaughters.
