It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Gordon of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in New York, New York, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Gordon and Elly Mae Campus; his grandmother Nettie Gordon; and his brother Harry Gordon. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Gordon; his children, Beverly Lowery (James), Shazada Ray (Larry), Colby Gordon and Ahmar Gordon; his siblings, Husam-Iddin Mateen and Patricia King; his grandchildren, Brianna, Brian Lowery, Egypt, London and Asia Ray; and his great grandchildren, Truth, Ivy and Story Lowery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
