He is survived by: his wife Jamie Horton Swartzendruber; his parents, Jacob Paul Swartzendruber of Bella Vista, CA and Ann Leonard Swartzendruber of Redding, CA; his siblings, Druscilla Swartzendruber Cockerill (Ken) of Shasta Lake, CA and William Michael Swartzendruber of Boise, ID; and his sisters-in-law, Jan Horton Spence (Mitch) of Jacksonville, FL and Jenny Horton of Columbus, GA..
