We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2020, at the age of 67, Jacqualine Marie Monroe (Charlotte, North Carolina), born in Perry, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Michael Welch and Marjorie Jean Welch (Butterworth); and her grandparents, William "Bill" and Pauline Butterworth of Perry, MI.. She is survived by: her brothers, Randy (Sandy Welch) and William "Bill" Welch of Portland, MI. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Because of COVID-19 and at the wishes of the family, no services are scheduled at this time.
