Royster, Madeline Randolph, Mary Y. Epps (Wiley), Sally Landis (Otis) of Oxford, NC, Cora Nell Davis of Henderson, NC and Marshall Yancey (Yolanda) of Louisville, KY; his son Darryl Patterson of Charlotte, NC; and his close friend Juanita Eison of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
