She was predeceased by: her parents, Reese Simmons and Myrtle Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Tommie Kiser; her children, Keith Kiser (Susan) and Kelly Hughes (Tommy); her grandchildren, Kellen Hughes (Kelsey), Kendall Hughes and Amber Hughes; her stepgrandsons, Elliot and Patrick Mersch; her brothers, Rob Simmons (Kay) and Bill; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Galloway. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectively requests that donations be made to The Sandbox (an organization that is dedicated to helping children with special needs).
