He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell McAlister and Doris McAlister. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Pangle (Teddy) and Jerry McAlister, Jr.; and his siblings, Andy, Roger and Jean. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
