With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesse Nell Birkner of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Sebron Williams and Mamie Edwards Williams; and her husband Andrew Michael Birkner. She is survived by: her daughter Betsy Birkner (Randy Wall); her grandchildren, Andrew Wall and Hollis Wall; and her brother Harold Williams (Ann).
