He is survived by: his wife Delores Sneed; his children, Maria McNair of Charlotte, NC and Jimmy McNair, Jr. (Shawn) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Damias (Rashea), Samaria (Karl), Jimmy III, Jaylen, Darius and Dezaraye; his great grandchild Anaiah; his siblings, Patricia McAlister, Doreen McAllister and Derrick "Slug" McAlister; his uncle Andrew McNair (Shirley); his cousins, Dr. Karen, Jacqueline (Alexander), Frank Jr. and Kisha (Walter); his friend Delores Sneed; his sister-in-law Priscilla "Patt" McAlister; his nieces and nephews, Latina Jermaine, Derrick, Patrick, Damenica and Damone; and his great grandchildren, Hidden Valley and Rock. He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews; and many beloved cousins.
