She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tracy and Dorothy Tracy (Hamilton); her sister Janet Tracy; her husband Donald James Holub; and her stepdaughter Karen Holub.
She is survived by: her children, Don Holub (Sarah) of Kent, Ohio and Traci Colley (Jamie) of Weddington; her grandchildren, Will, Aaron Colley of Charlotte, Susannah Colley of Weddington, Melique Epstein, Jenea Torres (Anthony) and Tena Nutting of Mentor, Ohio; her cousins, Rich Warren of Columbus and Jim Warren of New Philadelphia; and her close friend Millie Sayre (Joe) of Dover, Ohio.. She is also survived by her great grand-children, one great-great grandchild, and many other extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jo Ann's memory to the American Red Cross or the Alzheimer's Association.
