With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Stanley Dobbins in Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Forest City, North Carolina, who passed away on July 19, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Dobbins and Louise Dobbins; and his siblings, Steve and Gail. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his son Charles (Denise); his sister Suzie Parks; and his nieces and nephews, Susan, LuAnne and Steve.

Memorials may be made to the church with reference to the gym roof repair fund.
