She was predeceased by: her parents, Enma Natividad Escorcia Valle and Dr. Fernando Jimenez Lopez; her son Santiago Fernando Juncadella (Flor Dominguez) of Managua; and her brother Fernando Jimenez. She is survived by: her husband Santiago Ignacio Juncadella; her children, Nicaragua, Dr. Beatriz Eunice Juncadella (Mohsen Soltani) of Trinity, NC and Dr. Ignacio Javier Juncadella (Joliette Emma Juncadella) of Redding, CT; her grandchildren, Carmelo Bazzano, Santiago Guillermo, Maribelle Calila Juncadella, Mohsen Daniel, David Josue Soltani, Lucy Anabelle, Neil Ignacio Juncadella, Isabella Joliette and Elijah Richard Welch; her great grandchildren, Vincenzo, Nicholas, Ada, Santino, Rosario, Josue and Emilee; and her siblings, Dr. Ricardo Jimenez, Dr. Jose Jimenez, Betzabe Jimenez Muños, Dr. Raquel Jimenez Bravo, Laura Jimenez and Yadira Jimenez. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
