She is survived by: her sons, Andrew (Candace), Cody (Brittany) and William Mark Starnes (Twana); her grandchildren, Katie Floyd (Dustin), Lauren Starnes and Jacob Starnes; her aunt Kay Starnes; and her cousin Deborah Kay Russell.
