With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Juanita Fryer (Charlotte, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 19, 2026 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Fryer Sr. "Sonny"; and her children, Joyce Fryer and Edward Fryer "Chico". She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Fryer Griffin and Sandra Fryer of Charlotte, NC.; her grandchildren, Santara Fryer, Zandra Fryer, Jamison Fryer, Kandra and Jacobie Fryer of Charlotte, NC.; her great grandchildren, Kayla Danner, Laylen Reese, Mason Moss, Allie Moss and Kali Thompson; her sister-in-law Dr. Angelia Fryer; her nephews, Henry Fryer "Butch" and Harvey Fryer; her niece Lillie Mae Fryer; her great-nephew Donald Fryer; Blossom Fryer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Baptist Church (1401 Allen St, Charlotte, NC 28205). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
