She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Williams and Mattie Baker Williams; her daughter Tammy Reedy; and her brother Ed Williams. She is survived by: her husband Gene Elwood; her grandson Patrick Torpey (Bethany); and her brother Richard Williams of Matthews, NC..
