He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Bigham England; his children, Michael Joseph England (Jill) and Candace England Surratt (Michael); his grandchildren, Kara England Hinkle (David), Meredith England Madden (Michael) and Benjamin England; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Hinkle, Drew Hinkle and Savannah Madden.
