He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lanier and Sheila Lanier; his uncle Leeboo Melton; and his grandmother Mildred Sue Hall. He is survived by: his daughter Aubrey F. Lanier; his brother Kenny Lanier (Mandie); his grandparents, Pansy Doby and RJ Melton; his uncles, Robert Melton, Michael Lanier, Junior Lanier and Randy Lanier; his aunt NeNe Bolick (Renee); his nephew Koby Lanier; and his close friend Kristi Kilgore.
