He was predeceased by: his father James Carrothers. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Ellen Carrothers; his wife Karen D. Carrothers; his children, Karlton D. Carrothers and Kiah D. Carrothers; his siblings, James L. Carrothers (Valerie), Stephen H. Carrothers (Cheryl) and Cassandra Shankle; his mother-in-law Vicki DeBeary; and his brother-in-law Maurice DeBeary (Crystal). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins.
