She was predeceased by: her parent Lonia Rebecca Clark. She is survived by: her children, Tara Helms (Raphael Kynard), Taylor Helms (Cody Bosworth), Nicholas Collins and Patrick Collins; and her grandchildren, David Christopher Helms II, Jaxson Kynard, Elaina Kynard, Nash Kynard and Wyatt Cook.
