She was predeceased by: her parents, Fulton Graves and Clara Graves (Bryant); her husband Evans Belle; her son Donald Belle (Mickey); her siblings, Fulton Graves, Jr., Donald Graves, Richard Graves, David Graves, Larry Graves, Barbara Graves and Joyce Graves Hill; and her brothers-in-law, Howard Anderson, Marvin Hill and Gary McDaniel.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Bell, Richard Belle (Toyia), Leslie Belle of Columbus, OH, Deborah Johnson (Cass), Tonya Belle of Erie, PA, Steve Belle (Sandy), Joyce Huggins (William), Jodi Raimer (Roy) of Charlotte, NC, Cheri Belle of Cleveland, OH and David Belle (Lisa) of Cincinnati, OH; her sisters, Margery Graves Anderson and Janet Graves McDaniel of Sandusky, OH; and her daughter-in-law Ica Granger Bell. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren, many beloved nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
