He is survived by: his children, Mike, Sr. and Nora Mae Hough Stancil; his grandchildren, Mike Stancil (Tanya) and Renee Ivester (late Mike); his great grandchildren, Chase, Megan, Amber and Jessica; and his sisters, Mary Bell Grice and Frances Quick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
