She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Willie Earley and Arliva Earley; her husband Robert Jack Parks; and her siblings, Leroy Earley, Ella Evans and Lousie Evertsz.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Parks Grier (Danny) and Terry Parks (Elousie); her grandchildren, Daryl Parks (Marina), Terrance Parks and Allison Parks; her great grandchildren, Asha Parks and Haydn Parks; her siblings, Joe Earley (Helen) and Shriley Smith (Sam); her sisters-in-law, Mary Parks (Mae), Ann Parks, Margret Ann Mungo and Maxine Anderson (Ervin); and her close friends, Carol Scott and Nurse Paula. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
