It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marion Frederick Bass Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Franklin Bass and Lola Autry Bass; and his former wife Edith Bass. He is survived by: his former wives, Edith Frances Dawsey and Deborah Ann Campbell; his wife Debbie; his children, Mark (Tisha) of Charlotte, Scott (JoEllyn) of Atlanta and Meredith (Paul) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Cole, Taylor, Tyler, Samuel, Leah, Anna, Blake and Ryan; and his sister Janice Canady (Larry) of Fayetteville.
Due to Covid, the family is having a private memorial at the Bass home.
