It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Fewell Butler of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Cramerton, North Carolina, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose Fewell and Beulah Fewell; and her sisters, Shirley Fewell, Bertie Sephus, Pamela Fewell Hooks and Carolyn Fewell.

She is survived by: her sons, Jason Craig Butler, Kim, Cierra, Joshua Butler of Charlotte and Jeffrey Tomas Butler; and her siblings, Barbara Jean Fewell Sandra (Baltimore), Wayne Fewell, Jackie of Gastonia, Kendra, Patrick, Julian of Colorado, Perry Fewell, Kathleen, Deon and Daniel.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Levine Dickson Hospice house in Huntersville, NC.
