He was predeceased by: his parents, John Layton and Maxine Layton; his son Mike Layton; and his brother Bill Layton. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Layton; his children, Myron Layton (Renee) and Myrna Layton Reesor (Greg); his daughter-in-law Denise Layton; his grandchildren, Heather Gray, Jordan Robinson, Cody Layton, Dr. Layton Oyer, Michael Reesor, Lee Reesor and Becky Reesor; and his great grandchildren, Abbie, Mason, Sarah, Rylie, Gunner and Natalie.
