He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Marie Ferguson Cooke; his wife Terry Harris Cooke of Charlotte, NC; his son Matthew Gray Cooke (Vanessa) of Raleigh, NC; his stepchildren, Amy Werley (Nate) of Charlotte, NC and Andy Wagner (Karen) of Rockwell, NC; his siblings, Cathy McKee (Joel) of Charlotte, NC, Jerry Cooke (Kim) of Parrish, FL and Stanley Cooke of Rolesville, NC; his grandchildren, Alex, Jonathan Helms and Kane Wagner; his nephews, Carson and Skylar McKee; and his pet Bo.
