He is survived by: his son Tommy Clark (Shelly); his grandchildren, Krista Clark, Ryan Clark (Sara) and Devin Clark; his nieces, Karan Rounsavall (Tom) and Lisa Hilburn (Wayne); his great grandchild Eli Clark; and his sister-in-law Bernice Clark.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region.
