He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Murry Campbell and Ellen Morgan Campbell; and his former wife Barbara Milam Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Martha Gay Campbell; his son Murry Reid Campbell Jr. (Amy) of Charlotte; and his sister Elaine Campbell Brooks.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent in Mr. Campbell's name to Providence Baptist Church 5315 NC-49, Harrisburg, NC 28075.
