It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Biggs Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Cathi Carter (David), Stephen Biggs (Nancy), Wayne Biggs (Debbie) and Mark Biggs (Kim); and his grandchildren, Neil Carter, Scott Carter, Alexander Biggs, Ian Biggs, Graham Biggs, Christopher Biggs and Kristin Biggs. He was also cherished by 4 greatgrandchildren.
The family asks that any memorials be made to Central Church of God or The Salvation Army.
