She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Russell Holloway and Leonard P. Holloway; her brother Reginald Lenard Holloway; her husband Roger Smith Ramseur; and her grandson Josh Tyler Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Tamara Ramseur Doughty (Brian), Rodney Ramseur and Renard Ramseur (Shirley); her grandson Austyn Doughty (Carolyn); her great grandchildren, Sydney and Aliza Thomas; her siblings, Shelia H. Hatch (Fred), Ronald Holloway (Charlene), Alana H. Barter, Felecia H. Helms, Theresa H. Ravelomanantsoa and Stephanie H. Fenske; her friends, Vivian Hall and Casandra Robenson; and her nieces, Claudia Teague and Judy England. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and family friends.
