With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Foutz of Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on August 4, 2021 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Foutz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Thomas Slough and Jettie Lucille Smith Slough; and her brother Eddie Slough. She is survived by: her children, Rick Foutz of Harrisburg and Patty Herrin of Locust; her sisters, Barbara Allmon of Mt. Pleasant and Betty Scercy (JC) of Kannapolis; and her grandchildren, Brandon Foutz (Tabitha) of Gold Hill and Ashley Foutz of Locust. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two nieces; and six nephews.
