It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randall Seeley of Charlotte, North Carolina, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Ray and Betty Jean McNail Seeley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Nowotny Seeley; his daughters, Laura Self (Chris) of Lake Wylie, SC and Jessica Salas (Martin) of York, SC; his grandchildren, Hannah, Nathan Self, Gabriela, Natalia, Catalina and Alejandra Salas; and his sister Suzanne Wakefield. He is also survived by his two daughters, their husbands, and his six grandchildren.
