He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Grant Usery; his grandparents, Jasper, Phoebe Grant, James Nap Usery, Carolyn Usery and Hessie Ruth Crawford; his uncle Melvin Grant; and his cousins, Randy Grant, Robin Vanderlip, Randy Usery, Susan Usery, Bill, Ruby Usery and Terry Usery.
He is survived by: his father Alvin Edward Usery; his pets, Shelby and Otis; his sister Pamela U McCarley; his nephews, Marcus Usery (Alexis) and Jordan Paxton; his aunt Joyce Grant; and his cousins, Rodney Grant, Jamie Usery, Timothy Usery, Rusty Usery, Jeff Usery and Mike Usery.
Due to Covid Restrictions the family will not be receiving friends but will have a celebration of life at another time.
