He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Marsh Hubbard and Richard Webster Hubbard; and his wife Nancy P. Milling. He is survived by: his children, Robert Marsh Hubbard Jr. (Megan Daly), Margaret Marian Hubbard and Hart Palmer (Cyrise Davis); and his grandchildren, Noah C. Hubbard, Nell K. Hubbard, Cole Robert Sander, Olivia G. Sander, Jennifer Joyner, H. Kurtis Joyner II (H. Kurtis Joyner III), Samtu and Labradoodle.
A memorial service will be held later in the summer depending on COVID restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Red Cross or Crisis Assistance Ministry.
