He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Ratliff and Roxie Ratliff; his wife Anne Temple Ratliff of Charlotte; his daughter Erica; his sisters, Beverly (John Irby), Wanda (Stanley Wells) and Persena (Troy Ward); his nieces, Rasheena Ratliff and Zoie Irby; his nephew Troy Ward; his great-nieces, Dalaysia Johnson and Zandaya Johnson; and his great-nephew Dayveion Johnson. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and extended family & friends.

Due to Covid-19 a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
