She was predeceased by: her parents, Sabino Gomez and Maria Tolentino; her sisters, Esther Martinez and Deborah Brache; and her son Edward W. Perry, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Edward W. Perry, Sr.; her sons, Philip Perry (Shanti Perry) and Anthony Perry; her sisters, Ruth Soler, Cheryl Gomez, Rosalie Jenkins, Cynthia Gomez, Brunilda Brache and Diana Benitez; and her grandchildren, Taj Perry, I'sis Perry, Andre Perry, Moriah Perry, Elijah Perry, Jaleesa Johnson, Gabriel Perry, Edward Perry III, Jesiah Perry and Jocelyn Perry. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and other family members.
